As part of the UEAs virtual FLY Festival offering, they have launched a creative writing project for students aged 10-16 giving a creative outlet to reflect and respond to current COVID-19 lockdown. There are eight weeks of challenges to take part in and prizes to be won for their favourite submissions. They'll even be printing an anthology of student work later in the year. The challenges are released on the FLY website and twitter page each week. Week 4 has just been launched, so don't miss out.
Did you know UEA Literary Festival has teamed up with the British Archive for Contemporary Writing to release some incredible interviews from the Literary Festival archive over the coming weeks, too? Bestselling author Elizabeth Macneal and Man Booker Prize winner Marlon James have already featured.
